Teacher's Pet

For the second year in a row, I was summoned to Kaya's school to witness the distributing of awards to a select few students (does that sound like bragging? I hope so. Ha!). Again, she received the Good Citizen certificate. I love how, in her picture, she looks surprised. As though she was naughty all year but scored brownie points somehow. I'm really proud though. Now I only need to figure out how to get her to be a "good citizen" at home!
