Par-Tay!

We had a terrific opportunity this year to attend a White House Christmas party. So cool! Throughout the year, tourists are allowed to walk through the WH , though there is a strict "Do Not Touch" policy as it is, in fact, a national monument. Come the holidays, however, guests are allowed to walk and sit and touch everything. I took advantage to the fullest and even went so far as to drop my fork on the rug. I never claimed to be an elegant woman :) To see all of the decorations was mindblowing and has set my brain on fire with ideas that I want to steal and implement next year.
