Seven Funlicious Facts

So Heather's heart won't be broken, I'm going to fulfill her tag request :)

1: I have served (and am currently still serving in one) in a total of two military branches.

2: Major cities I have lived in, near or visited:
San Diego, New Orleans, Stuttgart (Germany), Berlin, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Prague, Venice, Pisa, Zurich, D.C., Los Angeles, Boston, Orlando, Tijuana

3: Fun skills I’ve acquired:
Belly dancing, snowboarding, kayaking. Current works in progress-ice skating, Spanish and handwriting analysis. These may take a while as I'm in an unusually lazy period of my life this year:)

4: I have undergone three abdominal surgeries to include a hernia repair. Is that TMI?

5: I love baskets!! But, you know, love may be too small of a word. Addiction? Obsession, perhaps? In any case, currently, there are over 20 in use in our home. The perfect solution for storage, organization and pops of color! And no trip to HomeGoods is ever complete without some handling of and sifting through the basket aisle.

6: Despite a large and lovely silver streak smack dab in the front of my hair, I refuse to wreak havoc on my glossy, expresso mane by coloring it.

7: My closet is organized as follows (the pantry is equally disturbing. Umm, I mean as neatly arranged):
Dresses- Long sleeve, short sleeve, sleeveless, sheath then

Blazers- dark to light then
-solid to tweed
Tops-
Collared then
-Solids then
-long sleeve, ¾ length, short sleeve then
- dark to light then
-Pinstripe then
Sweaters
-Turtleneck then
-long sleeve to short sleeve then
-dark to light then
-Long sleeve, ¾ length, short sleeve then
- dark to light then
Cardigans then
-Long sleeve, ¾ length sleeve then
-dark to light then
-prints then

Camisoles
-wide strap to thin strap then
-dark to light then
Bottoms
-Jeans, Trousers, Skirts then
-dark to light

All on matching hangers that are spaced ¼ inch (or 1 fingers width) apart for tops and bottoms, ½ inch (or 2 fingers width) apart for blazers and dresses!

Shoes-
Grouped by color first, then style. For example:
Nudes- pump, peep-toe, sandal, flat
-solid to animal print
Nude followed by gold, silver, brown, black with red and fuchsia bringing up the rear!

Yet my personal files are complete foolishness and mayhem!!
