Ode to a Kitty

A loving home was finally found for our sweet Romeo. It's sad but it's understood that it's for the best. And so, in honor of the feline, I humbly submit the following:
A better cat was never had,
Always sweet and sometimes bad!
He was fun and frisky, he loved wet food.
Not too shabby for a furry little dude.
For Kaya, a brother.
For me, a son.
My mom thought that he weighed a ton!
Many tears were shed when he had to go.
How we love thee, our sweet Romeo :)




Lesson learned: Never take in (and fall in love with) a pet while you remain an apartment dweller. It just doesn't work.
