Chicken Pot "Oh-My"

I made this!!

Just a little something that I threw together in an attempt to clear out the freezer before the move. Not as seasoned as I prefer (since I had already packed all of the seasonings) but still yummy. Kaya and her friends devoured 3/4 of it all by themselves. I went to the kitchen for seconds and it was G.O.N.E! Where did they put it, I ask you?!?! Though I was flattered. If you're going to make this yourself but not make the crusts from scratch I don't recommend Pillsbury since their's is way too sweet.

Chicken Pot Pie

2 pie crusts
1 family sized can Cream of Chicken soup
2 chicken breasts, cubed and browned
veggies of choice (I used peas, broccoli, and diced hash browns)

Preheat oven to 350. Layer 1 pie crust in pie pan. Mix in large bowl the soup, chicken and whatever veggies in whatever amount you want. Pour on top of first crust. Top and seal with the 2nd pie crust. Ensure there are a few slits in the top crust. Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours. Increase heat to 400 and bake until desired browness.
